On April 11, the full moon will be in 21 degrees of Libra at 2:08am PDT, and then move to Scorpio at 6:48pm. This is also the first night of Passover in the Jewish religion. April’s full moon, also known as the “Pink Moon” because of the bloom of the first spring flower, the phlox. It is also known as the egg moon and the fish moon. The full moon will pass a few degrees of Jupiter, the lucky Planet, throughout the night and then forms a bright triangle as it passes near Spica in the constellation Virgo. This will be the first full moon of Spring in the Northern hemisphere, and first full moon of summer in the southern hemisphere. The full moon sits in a very fortunate place in the sky between Spica and Jupiter. this brings success to honor, wealth and the home. Also, psychic awareness, creativity and artistic and spiritual work will be in full swing! There are challenging aspects as well. Sun and Uranus are opposite, Pluto squares the moon and Jupiter retrograde can impede this happy moon. These aspects can cause emotional outbursts and upset relationships with turmoil. Don’t turn minor drama into chaos. Avoid power struggles, jealousy manipulation and bullying! These are the negative aspects you want to avoid!! However, if all goes well, this could be a lucky time to conceive a baby!! Make love not war is the keynote phrase for the night! And as always, keep looking up! ~Sina
Today we also feature the Moon Tarot Card, the 18th Major Arcana. Deception, trickery, dishonesty and disillusionment. Danger, error and caution with warning. are all connected to the moon in an upright position. The Moon indicates that things may seem somewhat confusing to you now. You may find it hard to understand where you are coming from, much less what others are thinking and feeling! You need to try to sit with the uncertainty, don’t try to force things or people to do things before they are ready. This card is the “Pisces” of the tarot deck. You are definitely in a more psychic and intuitive phase than usual, so it will be important for you to trust your instincts and your impressions, even if you don’t know where they are coming from. Also, not that you need to be mistrusting, but it will be helpful for you to realize that when this card appears, it’s possible that all is not what it seems. If you feel you can’t trust someone, then you probably can’t. Go with your gut. If you are waiting on an answer from someone, it may, unfortunately, take longer than you would like for it to. Try to stay patient.
